Submit Your Application & Profile
Complete the online nomination form with your professional biography, achievements, areas of impact, and supporting documents. Our academic board reviews every submission personally.
Academic Board Review & Shortlisting
KIMT and Dunster Business School's honorary degree committee evaluates your credentials against their conferral criteria. Shortlisted candidates are informed within 10 working days.
Formal Approval & Offer Letter
Upon approval, you receive a formal offer letter from the conferring institution. You then select your preferred pathway — Dubai Campus or Doorstep ceremony.
Ceremony Coordination & Preparation
Our dedicated team coordinates all logistics — travel (if Dubai), venue, regalia, photography, and guest arrangements. You simply prepare your acceptance remarks.
Conferral Ceremony & Certificate Issuance
The Honorary Doctorate is formally conferred in a dignified ceremony. You receive the embossed degree certificate, digital verification credentials, and official academic recognition.
Who Can Apply?
The Honorary Doctorate is open to distinguished individuals across sectors who meet the following general criteria:
- Minimum 15 years of exceptional professional experience or a singular, landmark contribution
- Demonstrated impact at national, regional, or international level in their field
- No prior criminal conviction or ongoing legal proceedings
- Nomination supported by two professional references or a nominating body
- Willing to uphold the values and reputation of KIMT and Dunster Business School
- Open to individuals aged 35 and above from any nationality or background
- Prior academic qualifications are NOT required — the honour recognises real-world excellence
